At a ribbon-cutting ceremony this week attended by Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, New York City Council Member Vickie Paladino, and a host of Bay Terrace community representatives, Cord Meyer launched Moving Forward, an ambitious project to reimagine and revitalize its 60-year-old Bay Terrace Shopping Center.

Danielle R. Molaison, a resident of Garden City, NY, has joined Cord Meyer Development Company as Vice President Development. A veteran real estate executive with more than 25 years of experience in real estate and multi-family housing, Molaison comes to Cord Meyer from AvalonBay Communities, Inc., one of the largest owners of residential apartments in the United States.

Cord Meyer Development, the iconic real estate company known for developing Forest Hills and nearby neighborhoods in the New York metro area, has signed Flagstar Bank to its commercial property at 73-01 Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Queens.
