Cord Meyer Development has been busy signing name-brand financial institutions, retailers, and restaurant chains to its properties in Queens, including Flagstar Bank and Chick-fil-A in Jackson Heights. At the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, recent tenants include Bond Vet, European Wax Center, J. Crew Factory, and coming soon, Chipotle.
